Cadillac May Get Flagship Model

There are reports that Cadillac, GM's luxury brand, may finally be getting a flagship model. Other GM models such as GM's Chevy brand can be found at a Sarasota Chevy Dealer. There have been rumors for a while that GM would be looking at developing a new Cadillac model that would be considered a flagship model. Volkswagen produces Audi which is a great luxury brand and Volkswagen's latest models can be browsed at a Peoria Volkswagen dealership.

For other luxury brands, there is a flagship model that the brand is recognized for, but Cadillac has yet to develop that model that is considered to be the best for that particular company. There are several Used Cars Seattle dealerships that offer pre-owned luxury models such as Cadillac, Mercedes, and BMW for big discounts.

At the moment Cadillac has zero flagship models. That is surprising for a brand that is known to be one of the most popular American luxury companies in the world. Many songs and other elements of popular culture have been centered around the Cadillac model, but it lacks a flagship model that would instantly bring recognition of the Cadillac name and luxury image.

The purpose of having a flagship model is so that others can easily recognize a brand. The flagship model is the brand's best offering and it is sort of a symbol of everything that the brand represents. The CTS is the smallest Cadillac vehicle and it is considered to be one of the best, but that is not what Cadillac is capable of producing.

It will be interesting to see if the XTS Platinum is the model that Cadillac ends up using as their flagship model. The XTS Platinum was a model that was shown earlier this year at a Detroit auto show, and people loved it. Perhaps this will be the model that Cadillac uses.
