Soon You Will Only have To Sit In The Drivers Seat!

They say that as we get older, we end up more refined. I can agree. With technology, our newer cars are more refined, fuel efficient and simply...smarter. Technology is important to both automakers and consumers. Improving on fuel efficiency is one of the top important on the list but so are safety concerns. Bradenton Chevy Dealer is used to questions from their consumers when avidly promoting their vehicles. Delphi Technologies has released the Electronic Scanning Radar bringing safety to a new dimension. It enables Adaptive cruise control with collision warning, brake support and collision mitigation with brake support. Peoria VW are used to technology questions when consumers aren't quite sure how things work. Then again, when Delphi Technologies makes improvements like this, has a lot of the consumers questioning exactly what that does. With all the new features in any vehicle, Bluetooth, Navigation, USB ports, hard drives and even phone books, can make anyone stare at the dash contemplating how to get a function going. The Chicago Chevrolet Dealers know all to well the importance of Delphi's Electronic Scanning Radar.

Delphi Technologies is constantly improving the newest and latest features to better any product. The Electronic Scanning Radar (ESR) provides two different measurement modes. While at the same time the Electronic Scanning Radar has long range coverage that provides accurate range and speed data that can detect object in the wide mode. The mid range coverage can alert you to vehicles to cutting in front of you and will alert you to pedestrians or any other vehicle that is across the width of the vehicle it is equipped in. This especially assists you in any situation when you have blind spots. Blind spot accidents are among some of the highest accidents types out there. So many times drivers do not see something or someone when changing lanes or backing up.

The Electronic Scanning Radar is featured in the Ford C-Max and the Volvo S-60. Eventually, this safety technology will fade into every type of auto but as the beginning, these two are the firsts. The Volvo S60 collision mitigation system features the full speed range of adaptive cruise control plus collision warning with full automatic braking power. This system uses both camera and radar indications to warn any driver of a potential collision with another vehicle or pedestrian and will brake if the driver is not capable to. Cars will soon not need people to drive, they will just need to be in the driver’s seat.

Vehicles are certainly getting closer to the "space age" time. They certainly have moved drastically forward, to the point you won't even have to drive, you will just have to be in the driver seat. It will almost seem our vehicles will be able to be on "auto pilot" and we will be the co-pilot. My vehicle has so many features, I just learned of another one on Saturday with my headlights. I bought the vehicle in May, go figure. I need to read my book again.
