Chevy Aveo: Bargain Car!

In efforts to save money on gas, many buyers are looking for a small car.  They are trading in that gas guzzler from New York Dodge for something that only has four cylinders.  Hybrids are the better choice if you really want to save money on gas, but the initial investment makes some shoppers shy away.  And of course the electric Leaf from Worcester Nissan will be the most affordable to drive, but good luck finding one to purchase!  So, rather than going back to the drawing board, many auto makers are going back to the original four cylinder models.

The Chevy Aveo is by no means the most exciting car on the planet to drive, and some current drivers complain about having to get on the highways.  Well, nothing is perfect, but the fact that you can get a new car with a warranty for around $12,000 is worth thinking seriously about.  We would like to see you find a new car from Hartford Chrysler Jeep for that price!  You should know that the Aveo comes in three different trim levels and two body styles; sedan or hatchback.

The base model Aveo LS is pretty bare to the bones.  Plan on getting basic wheels, basic cloth interior, four speakers with an AM/FM radio, OnStar for six months, and an auxiliary jack for your MP3 player.  Even the second highest trim only gets you a CD player, six speakers, and air conditioning.  If you want other features for your Chevy Aveo 1LT, then you have to purchase them; cruise control, power accessories, and keyless entry.  However, if you opt for the highest trim level, the Aveo 2LT, then you will get all of the options for the 1LT as well as a trip computer, nicer upholstery, bigger wheels, and stereo controls mounted on the steering wheel.
